Terms of Service

Last updated 23 Sep 2026 Trusted Global DC

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Trusted Global DC (“TGD”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of trustedglobaldc.com, your customer account, and every hosting plan and add-on service you purchase from us. By creating an account, placing an order or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Definitions

  • “Services” means the shared hosting, virtual private server (VPS), dedicated server and add-on services (such as backups, managed support, SSL certificates and migrations) listed on the website and described on their plan pages.
  • “Customer Content” means all data, files, software, websites, email and other material that you or your users store on, transmit through or make available via the Services.
  • “Portal” means the customer area of the website where you manage your subscriptions, renewals and cancellations.
  • “Subscription” means a Service ordered for a recurring monthly, quarterly or annual billing cycle.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. If you sign up on behalf of a company or firm, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
  • You must provide accurate, complete and current registration and billing information, including a valid GSTIN if you wish to claim input tax credit, and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may refuse, suspend or close an account that is opened with false information, used for unlawful purposes or that repeatedly fails payment.

3. The Services

The resources, specifications and features of each Service are set out on its plan page at the time you order. Where a plan describes an operating system, control panel or third-party software, that software is licensed to you by its owner under its own terms. Some Services are provisioned on infrastructure operated by our data-centre partners; we remain your contracting party and point of contact for those Services.

Shared hosting and add-on services are normally activated within a few hours of payment. VPS plans are normally provisioned within 24 hours and dedicated servers within 3 to 5 business days, unless the plan page says otherwise. We will tell you if provisioning is delayed.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where GST applies, it is shown on your invoice at the rate in force on the invoice date.
  • Services are prepaid for the billing cycle you choose. Payment is collected through Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed, the related Subscription stays pending or is suspended until it is settled.
  • We may change our prices. A change applies to a Subscription only from its next renewal, and we will notify you by email at least 15 days before a renewal at a higher price.
  • Invoices are issued electronically to the email address on your account, and copies are available on request from support.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

  • Each Subscription runs for the billing cycle you selected and shows its next billing date in the Portal. It continues only if the renewal payment is made on or before that date.
  • We send renewal reminders by email before the next billing date. If a renewal is not paid, the Service is suspended on the day after the billing date and may be terminated, with Customer Content deleted, 14 days after suspension.
  • You can cancel any active Subscription from the Portal at any time, either at the end of the current billing cycle or immediately. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for taking a copy of your Customer Content before a Service is cancelled or expires. Once a Service is terminated, its data is deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use, or allow anyone else to use, the Services to:

  • store, publish or transmit material that is unlawful in India, including material that is defamatory, obscene, infringes intellectual property, promotes violence or hatred, or is prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
  • send unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam), or operate open relays, open proxies or bulk-mailing scripts;
  • host, distribute or run malware, phishing pages, botnet controllers, credential-harvesting tools or anything designed to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • launch or take part in denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or attacks on any network, including ours;
  • mine cryptocurrency, run torrent trackers or seed-boxes, or run processes that persistently consume a disproportionate share of CPU, memory, disk I/O or bandwidth on shared infrastructure;
  • resell or sub-licence the Services, or use them to provide services to third parties, unless the plan expressly permits reselling;
  • interfere with or circumvent any security, resource-limit or billing mechanism of the Services.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate the affected Service, with or without notice depending on the severity, and remove offending content. We cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law.

7. Customer Content and legal notices

  • You retain all rights in your Customer Content. You grant us only the limited right to store, copy and transmit it as necessary to provide the Services.
  • You are solely responsible for your Customer Content, for obtaining any rights or consents it requires, and for your compliance with laws that apply to it, including data-protection law where you collect personal data through your hosted websites.
  • As an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, we do not pre-screen Customer Content. On receipt of a court order, a direction from a competent government agency or a valid takedown notice, we may disable access to or remove the content concerned and will notify you where the law permits.
  • Unless you have purchased a backup add-on, you are responsible for backing up your Customer Content. Any courtesy backups we take are for disaster recovery only and are not guaranteed.

8. Service levels, maintenance and support

  • Our support team is available around the clock at [email protected] and +91 83296 09620.
  • Uptime targets published on plan pages are network and power availability targets for our infrastructure. Where a plan carries a written service-level commitment, your sole remedy for a shortfall is the service credit described there. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, your own software or configuration, denial-of-service attacks, upstream provider failures, or events outside our reasonable control is excluded.
  • We carry out scheduled maintenance from time to time and will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the Portal where the work is likely to affect your Service.

9. Security

Security is a shared responsibility. We protect our network, hardware and platform with firewalls, DDoS mitigation, monitoring and access controls. You are responsible for the security of your own account, passwords, applications, plugins and any software you install on a VPS or dedicated server, including applying updates and patches. You must report any security incident affecting your Service to us without delay so that we can meet our own reporting obligations, including those under the CERT-In directions.

10. Intellectual property

The website, the Portal, our control panels, documentation and branding are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from them except as the law expressly allows.

11. Third-party services

Payment processing is provided by Razorpay Software Private Limited under its own terms and privacy policy. Operating systems, control panels, web servers and other software supplied with a Service are governed by the licences of their publishers. Some Services run in data centres operated by our partners. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, but we will use reasonable efforts to help you resolve issues that involve them.

12. Warranties and disclaimer

We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or on a plan page, the Services and the website are provided “as is” and we make no other warranty, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the security of data transmitted over the internet. Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, however arising;
  • our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected Service in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and our directors, employees and partners against all claims, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, or any claim that your use of the Services infringes the rights of a third party.

15. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate a Service or your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, use the Services in a way that threatens the security or stability of our platform or other customers, or if we are required to do so by law or by an order of a competent authority. Where practical we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach first. Fees already paid are not refunded on termination for breach.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, the law or our business. The current version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date. For material changes we will notify registered customers by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please raise it first with our Grievance Officer (see Legal Information) so that we can try to resolve it within 15 days. Subject to your rights as a consumer, any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City of the registered office], India.

18. General

  • These Terms, the plan page for each Service you order, and the policies referred to above are the entire agreement between you and us for the Services.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • You may not assign your account or these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business on notice to you.
  • Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected].
