Disclaimer

Last updated 23 Sep 2026 Trusted Global DC

This disclaimer applies to trustedglobaldc.com and to all information published on it by Trusted Global DC (“TGD”, “we”, “us”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, which govern the services you buy from us. By using the website you accept this disclaimer.

1. General information only

The content of this website is provided for general information about our company and services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, accurate, current or free from error. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, technical or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. If you need advice about whether a particular service suits your requirements, please contact our sales team before ordering.

2. Plans, prices and specifications

  • Plan specifications, features, prices and availability shown on the website are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. The specification and price that apply to your order are those shown on the plan page and at checkout when you place it.
  • Where an obvious pricing or typographical error appears, we reserve the right to correct it and, if an order has already been placed at the wrong price, to cancel the order and refund any payment.
  • Images of hardware, data centres and screens are illustrative. The equipment used to deliver a service may differ from the images shown while meeting the published specification.
  • Company figures such as the year established, number of data centres, servers and hosted websites are approximate, rounded, and may include infrastructure operated by our partners.

3. Availability and performance

Uptime and latency figures on the website are targets for the availability of our network and power infrastructure. They are not a guarantee that any individual server, website or application will be available or perform at a particular level, and they exclude scheduled maintenance, faults in your own software or configuration, attacks, upstream failures and events beyond our reasonable control. Where a plan includes a written service-level commitment, that commitment and its remedies are set out on the plan page and in the Terms of Service.

4. Customer websites and content

We are an intermediary within the meaning of Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Websites, applications, email and other content hosted on our services belong to and are controlled by our customers. We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for that content, and its presence on our infrastructure does not imply any association with us. Concerns about content hosted by a customer should be sent to our Grievance Officer using the details on the Legal Information page.

5. Third-party products and partners

Operating systems, control panels, web-server software and other products supplied with our services are owned by their publishers and are provided under their licences. Some services are delivered from data centres operated by our partners, and payments are processed by Razorpay. References to third-party names, products and trademarks are for identification only and do not imply endorsement by or of the third party. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party products or websites.

6. External links

The website contains links to other websites, including our social-media pages and Razorpay. We provide them for convenience only. We have no control over those sites, do not endorse them, and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, security or privacy practices.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the website and our infrastructure, as described in our Privacy Policy. No system connected to the internet can be made completely secure, and we do not warrant that the website or the services will be free from viruses, attacks or other harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate security software and for the security of your own systems, applications and credentials.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on any information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business or data. Our liability in connection with the services you buy from us is set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes

We may amend this disclaimer at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. The “last updated” date shows when it was last changed.
